We created our PMI-ACP practice exam while preparing to pass the PMI-ACP ourselves. This list was the basis for this practice exam I have created. It is hosted on Google forms which you can access in the below table of top PMI-ACP Exam Simulators. All I ask in return is to share this page with others on social media so we can help each other.
When it comes to PMI-ACP Exam Training you have a choice…
You can either read all 12 PMI-recommended reference books, while also struggling to use free, inadequate and out-of-date exam materials, never knowing if what you are studying is actually going to help you pass. Or you can sign-up for a training program that is professionally developed by a PMI Registered Education Provider. We recommed The Agile PrepCast Elite training program that has 3 options including exam simulators.
If you do not go for paid training my only tip for people attempting any of the PMI exams is to take as many exam simulators as possible. It is not the material people fail from but the lack of exam practice.

It can act as a checklist do you know each technique per section outlined by the PMI.
Exams Exams Exams
Taking Plenty of PMI-ACP Practice Exams is a must. You can’t possibly take too many practice exams before the PMI-ACP exam. I recommend trying to simulate the exam day experience by putting 3 hours aside to take the exam every day as you come up to the exam.
Depending on your urgency and confidence in your ability you have an option to try exam simulators or questions and answers. The exam simulators are worth it if its within your budget. They have high-quality questions that have been tried and tested with numerous exam takers.
These exams generally complement a course provided by the provider. If you need contact hours you should consider purchasing a self-paced study package which includes multiple practice exams that you can use.
PMI-ACP Cheat Sheets
|Website||Number of Questions|
|PMI ACP 4 U||120|
|Masters of Project||20|
The second option is to collect sample questions from bog posts and groups online. To get the most out of these questions/answers exams do the following for questions that you find tricky:
- Copy question into notepad on the computer
- Write down all answers on notebook
- Test Yourself on new Piece of Paper
- Review all incorrect questions
- Repeat Every 3 Days
One thing you should be 100% aware all of these sample exams are NOTHING LIKE THE REAL EXAM. The actual PMI-ACP® exam asks roughly 90% situational questions as the below will test your Agile knowledge but won’t be put in a situational context. That is why I recommend PMI-Exam simulators as a go-to study plan.

PMI-ACP® Exam Day Strategy
I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled time, took 5 minutes to fill in information and get searched before I was seated in the Prometric Center. I brought with me a drink and a snack which was accessible for when I wanted to take a break. My approach was the following:
08:45am – Started the introduction course – Writte out your notes
09:00am – Aim to answer 60 questions in the first hour.
10:00am – Take a toilet break.
10:05am – Aim to answer remaining 60 questions.
11:05am – Take snack break.
11:10am – Review all questions marked under review.
12:00am – Click finish and get you’re results.
